System-wide xhost -

I understand I can put "xhost -" in the $HOME/.profile of every user, especially root, but how do I enable xhost - for the entire system and for all users in one step? Is there a global configuration file?

I'm confused. xhost(1) is for workstations/laptops not servers.  And the owner of the former has a vested interested to get it right.

And if you do have one DISPLAY on a server, the owner has a vested interested in getting that right too.

Perhaps this may help, not sure if for HP-UX:

I assume there is because the last time I had a workstation, it always had "access control enabled".
