Target port is in invalid state (fcmsutil).

Hello,

We've got a HP rx2620 server which used to have a rather old HPUX 11.23 release installed. This server had a number of SAN disks (IBM DS) presented and was able to see them without any touble.

Well, after recently reinstalling the server to upgrade it to HPUX 11.31 (March 2013 release), it ceased to show the IBM LUNs. Storage guys say it must be a problem with the OS but on HPUX the HBAs are in claimed state and fcmsutil shows them ONLINE:

Can you help me troubleshoot this? Is this related to some problem with the FC driver on HPUX or is the SAN switch / storage array to blame?
