The oracle database file is not extended.
We use Oracle 10g database in HP-UX 11iv1 with cluster platform. Now this database file size is 32 GB. This partition (/u05) is used 51%.
The database file is not extended.
This database file is located /u05/oracle/oradata/systrms01
How can I solve the problem?

Re: The oracle database file is not extended.
Please read through this link
http://www.databasejournal.com/features/oracle/article.php/3559291
It seems that there is not limit of 32GB for Oracle 10g, but you can use the bigfile tablespaces and thus use data files far greater than your current 32Gb size.
Hope this helps a bit.

Re: The oracle database file is not extended.
maxextents? block size ?
How does do the settings compare to the limits as mentioned in:
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14237/limits002.htm
Is there any error message (application, or alert.log?
Hope this helps some,
