Time Problem
I changed battery also.
Still problem not solved.
PC is having WINNT OS loaded.

first check ur batter it has having 3.v d.c.
and are u log in domain or local user .
domain means, it may take the domain controller time.

That's the great thing about a clock, it does update automatically! (Sorry, but I couldn't help being flippant.)
When you say the time is changing automatically, what exactly do you mean? Was it the recent daylight savings change or is it racing or something?

Reset your PC BIOS by removing the jumper in the motherboard and put the battery again. Hope this will works.

Verify your timezone, and if your area uses daylight savings time.
Also you might want to think about using a third party tool to time sync your system to a Stratum 2 or 3 time server.
Windows 2000 and above have W32Time built-in (time server client). The client that NT uses is a bit more basic. See if the following article helps:
