Trouble logging in to SPOCK

Hi,

Does anyone else have problems logging in to SPOCK (SPOCK)?

Me and my colleagues have intermittent access to SPOCK.

Problems:

• HP Passport is sort of not accepted, the login page reappears. HP Passport is okay when login into HP sites on other places (e.g. SmartPortal, HPSC). Relogin does not work.
• Sometimes when requesting the SPOCK page again through above link works, with the account that a moment before failed. Note that we did not have to enter our login, maybe it was 'cached' or something.
• Sometimes when having access to SPOCK it again ask for the login, which sometimes fails and sometimes does not.
• Also trying a different Passport account on the same laptop sometimes works.

Tried:

• Resetting HP Passport password, did not help
• Removing all HP related cookies, did not help
• Using a different browser, did not help

Anyone experiencing the same issue and has got a solution?

Hi,

got exactly the same problem and so far no joy. Got a bit further today but when I try to refine a search I get taken back to the login screen.

Got the same thing happening.. sometimes it let me log in, but after 2-3 clicks on anything it, requests me to log in again and crashes.

Tried differnt machines/browers

Tried differnt internet connections (@home @work)

Wonder if I can log a support call on it?

Just logged an issue on afore mentioned URL :)

Logged a case with HP back on monday (against my EVA, couldn't find any better). Got an email from SPOCK webmaster yesterday advising issue had been investigated and resolved, and wanted me to confirm. Logged in fine and seems to be working as expected. Not sure who's report got acted on, but at least it seem to have been resolved quickly, which I'm happy about!

Also got a reply from the openview webmaster for more info... was about to reply, but John's messages. Will keep it on hold to test access now.
