Turn on banner printing

I currently use HP-UX 10.20 with remote printer (line printer). I would like to
add banner page for every printing job. How can I configure a model script ?
(Another method is welcome...)

By default, when you set a printer local or remote, a banner page standard is enabled, usually the administrator turn off the banner editin the file representing the printer under /etc/lp/interface/printer_name in the line
banner="yes" changing to banner=""

Check this file, there is wher you can change the banner output.
