UPS - HP T2200XR
We had an issue over the weekend where three of our eight HP T2200XR UPSs did not provide power thruput even though power was available and displayed an error condition until Monday morning. Once power cycled the UPSs resumed normal operation.
The exact LED status wasn't noted unfortunately - either all LEDs were RED which according to the manual means that "An Internal UPS fault condition exists" which seems unlikely for three UPSs simultaneously.
The other possibility is that the LEDs were signifying too high or too low a voltage or frequency - which happens but the UPS should resume normally from this condition yes?
Would anyone have any suggestions as to why the UPSs may do this?
Thanks for any help!
