UPS R 5500 XR

My Ups R 5500 xr not working at all , no LED indication on front panel , main line input
Is automatically bypassed to out put sockets, please help me to rectify the Fault.
i vent thru local HP work shop , there helpless for UPS repairing Jobs ,its like (new 2 years)

Hey, it says in the warranty that the UPS is covered by a 3 year warranty. Call HP?

Some of these you can set to different modes, it's nothing like that?
Some of the UPS have a switch as well that could get triggered - maybe that?

To me if there are no leds lit on it it sounds like the electronics module might be broken..
Like if the battery only was at fault then you would get some beeps/leds indicating that.
