Upgrading MicroFocus Cobol

I am upgrading MicroFocus Cobol from 13.40.01 to 13.45.02 on the same server. Are there any licensing or startup issues that I should be concerned with?

As long as you have support, none at all. The old Flexlm license files will work just fine with your newer software.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

You are lucky you're not going to 64 bit OS.

Our application(cyborg)uses a totally different cobol compiler on 64 bit 11.11. We had to buy new licenses, negotiate credit on our old one, argh.
