Using "netscape -remote" to set the locale character set
I don't know how to use the 'netscape -remote" command to set the character set to Japanese (EUC-JP). Right now I have to open "View
->Character Set" and Select Japanese (EUC-JP).
Please help.
Thanks

Re: Using "netscape -remote" to set the locale character set
Hi
Use locale -a to check the availabilty of the locale, then simply
export lang=EUC-JP
Is this what you mean ?

Re: Using "netscape -remote" to set the locale character set
Hi, sorry for an unclear question. I would like to set the codepage in the netscape browser because the file I want to open and save in Japanese codepage.
Thanks for answering my question
