VParProvider

I am in the process fo changing from ISEE to RSP .. Through a script I ran to check the software on the systems, I got a message saying to upgrade VParProvider to Release 11.23.01.05 or greater..
Where can I get this update?? It is not in the software depot..

VParProvider is available on 11.23 OE and APPL media. Please doublecheck it if you have the media.

I dont have the most current CD's I thought it would be downloadable from the resource center..
