Voltage Auto-ranging capability
I am trying to determine if the the following part (in next paragraph) is auto-ranging with regards to the input voltage. Why? Because I need to replace a defective HP PowerTrust UPS which takes and outputs 220 VAC, with a new unit that takes and outputs 120VAC. I know that the server itself is autoranging (at least that is what it says by the plug).
The part in question is HP6000 SCSI SX-W drives rack installed along with H50 server. The model number on the front of the drives is C2460-60006. The model number in the back, which I think is for the drive enclosure, is C3551N. There is an indication that the drives do accept either voltage. What I am not sure about is whether they are auto ranging or I have to do something to make them accept the 120 VAC.
I have searched HP and Google using many phrases and I cannot get any information. If you can help in anyway, I really appreciate it.
