Want to eliminate the need to have a login password

I have a hp pc running Win NT Professional.

The system was taken off the network to become a general purpose free standing PC.

The system does not need to be secure and therefore there is no need for any type of password protection nor users.

How do I remove the "Ctrl + Alt + Del" Begin Logon request ?

How do I remove the next stage of "Logon Information" request ?

Thanks to eveyone who replied. The TweakUI seems to be doing the job, since I rather not edit the registries directly.
