Want to find the HP Order NO. & Codeword for that OS

Dear All,

I have lost the original document from HP which mentiond HP Order Number & by using that we can generate codeword. Pl. tell me i have the Model No. & Serial No. of the system now how can i find the HP Order Number & then the codeword from the site. Machines are HP L1000 & L2000 running OS HP-UX 11.00.

Request HP to resend it.

You could have got codewords it you would have had customer id number.

without customer id (which will mentioned in doc) you can't generate codewords. request HP to resend, it takes apprx 2 weeks

/var/adm/sw/.codewords

Sometimes you can get the order# by running the print_manifest in "/opt/ignite/bin/"

You need to have the certificate to generate codewords from http://licensing.hp.com

If you had installed it before you can check
/var/adm/sw/.codewords

Else ask HP to re-send it.
