Warning message - unsupported cyphertype in file '/..../id_rsa'

It got error warning message stating :unsupported cyphertype in file '/..../id_rsa' while doing deliver migration through our generic user.

Can you please help me in resolving it.

Its very very hard to get anything from the line you wrote above :(

from id_rsa file it seems you are trying something with ssh-keygen.

I think you should again try to create keys with ssh-ketgen -t rsa/dsa

what is the command you were trying? what OS? what version? tell us more about your environment.
