Webes alerts not send

Hi,

I have a GS140 with Tru64 Unix v5.1B and Webes installed.

Problem: No alert send when a hardware problem occurred.

Its work fine with other alphaserver (GS80, GS160, ES45,). When a problem occurred, I receive a mail.
I have tried to install DecEvent  same problem. I have also install Insight Manager Agent and I have the same problem. With Insight, all hardware is seen correctly, but hardware problem are not detected. Do you have an idea ?

Hi Dominique,

Webes isn't supported on the GS140 platform. It will install, but Analysis and Bit-to-Text translation won't work according to the Release Notes for 4.4.3.

DecEvent is the proper anaylsis tool for the GS140, but notification (ENP) has to be setup. I haven't used the ENP portion so I'm not familar with the requirements.
