What CD's contain ACXX, C-ANSI and Auxiliary-OPT

Beating my head against a brick wall... Does anyone know what CD's these products live on?

These option al products are on the Application CDs (or DVD). The Application discs are only shipped if you order at least on optional product. You'll need your codewords to install the products. Each CD has a table of contents (curiously named CD_TABLE_OF_CONTENTS) which has all products listed and the CD containing the product.

If you are working in a company which is partner to HP( say developing/solutions partner). Then all you will have to do is register at the site. Once registered, with proper partnering contract in place you will be able to download the entire product from the above site.
