Where can i get PHCO_40381 11.31 patch file for hpux1131

I have a problem that when I install OracleDatabase 11gr2, I got this problem

this is an error message

" runInstaller Fails with “An internal error occurred within cluster verification framework "

So I'd like to get "PHCO_40381" for hp-UX 11.31, Where can I get PHCO_40381 11.31 patch file?

All patches for HP-UX require a software support contract with HPE.
Contact your HPE sales rep to purchase the contract.

Assuming you have a support contract, go to the HPE Support Center and sign in with your HPE Passport account:

https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/home

Then from the menu button at the top left, select "Patch Management" - if you have a support contract linked to your account you will be able to search for the relevant patch and download.

As Bill said, if you don't have a contract you have no rights to the patches. Maybe you do have a contract and you just need to get it linked to your passport account?
