Which version of qlogic driver is suitable for For RHEL5 m/c ?

At this time no.
RHEL 5 is not production software and nobody is going to support it officially until it is released.
However since RHEL 4 supports qlogic cards without additional drivers, I think we can expect RHEL 5 to do the same. Likely no additional software will be required to use the qlogic cards current offered by that company.

yeah, so far each RH release had its QLA drivers included and they work great. no reason to think that RH5 will not have them anymore.
