Why does HP still supply tomcat 4.1.12 instead of the newer releases?

Hi,

I'm a newbie here so I don't know exactly where to post this. I am wondering if someone can tell me why HP is still shipping version 4.1.12 in the HP-UX apache kit, while apache keeps being updated to newer versions.
