Why dump file size increased , it used to be 90MB for me, now its 1GB

Hi
Pls find the crash image of dump file.
I find that so far in my linux ia64 system, I used to get about 80-90MB of dump file. But now its requiring 1GB of dump size. It can not dump to disk and failing. Can someone get me from which parametre and what process had consumed these more more space.

Thanks
Krupa
