Win 2000 Driver availability 7200i and 6100c

Hi,

I am fond of both of these HP products, however I am unable to use them due to
lack of a Win 2000 driver. Please advise as to how soon one will be made
available. I have already subscribed to notification options. Thanks...

Paul,

According to HP's Website, the driver(Windows 2000 version)for your 7200 series is available at the following URL: http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg40837.html
Unfortunately, there is no Win2K driver for your 6200c.

Re: Win 2000 Driver availability 7200i and 6100c

Hi Paul,

I found another page on the 6100C that might be helpful:

http://www.hp.com/cposupport/scanners/support_doc/bps03528.html

Note that "some" models of the 6100C shipped with a rectangular or triangular shaped SCSI cards and those will need to be replaced. There is a link in that paragraph that you can use to get a discount on a new SCSI from AdvanSys. You shouldn't need to update any drivers or firmware though, but you might need a new SCSI card. Just read thru all the info on the page. I hope that helps.

Best regards,
