WinXP Rockwell Riptide combo card (XP can't find hardware)

Hello guys; I need some help here. I have a Pavilion 8560c and I just upgrade the memory to 256MB, and Installed Win XP; It is running just find but... XP didn't find the modem "Rockwell Riptide combo card" so I can't connect to the internet with that computer. I tried to install the driver but with no succes. Do you know how can I fix that problem? Is there any driver for the modem that works with XP? I can't find it! and there's not any on driver updates.
and one more question, what means combo card? is that for sound too? because sound is working just fine.
Thanks.

Zkorpio:

Have you tried using the Windows 2000 drivers? They should work if you bypass the driver signing messages. Go to:

While you're there, check if you need the BIOS upgrade (v1.03).

Good luck!
