Xserver screen positioning problems

I have two screens attached to a B2000 utilising 2 x FXE graphics cards.

Problem I want the user the use dtwmrc and fire an application in each screen this application then calls other screens. However All the opened screens appear on the FXE[0] display..

Basically any screen fired up on display [1] i want to appear on display [1] and not as now on display [0].

My Xservers file have a /dev/crt0 and dev/crt1 entry to ensure the displays are not SLS.

Thanks Pete

Re: Xserver screen positioning problems

Pete,

What's your email address ? I have a small switching program that can be used in conjunction with a $HOME/.dt/session/sessionetc script that can start the application at user(CDE)login and then start it on the desired workspace window .... it may work under dual headed conditions ... how many workspaces on the second screen ?

Re: Xserver screen positioning problems

Pete,

Set your DISPLAY variable to $HOSTNAME:0.1 before you launch your application, and assuming your application does not change your DISPLAY variable, you should see your applications showing up on screen 1.
I think, therefore I am... I think!
