How do i add a second or hdd on a server running HP-UX B11.11. The second HDD it´s broken and i have a spare one.

Opening several threads about a single topic is always confusing.
If you are sure you already found the bad disks, follow the steps from the manual.
Since this is a direct fibre attached disk there is something special.
After you replaced the disk, the new disk is still shown as "NO_HW" in ioscan, because the driver does not allow access.
After this ioscan was run, look into the syslog.log file.
You will find the advise to run fcmsutil against nport ID 0x____ as follows (find the FC HBA device like td0 from your ioscan first:
# fcmsutil /dev/td0 replace_dsk 0x____
then run ioscan again, the disk now should be CLAIMED again.
