add or remove a user account?

Hello, we have a security requirement to log whenever a new user account gets created on the system, and when a user account gets deleted from the system. Does anyone know if HP-UX has a method for logging these two events? They do not appear in the syslog.log file. Our systems are all running HP-UX 11.31 IA64 and are Trusted Systems. I looked at the auditing options, but nothing seemed obvious in there. Any ideas? Thanks

Ok, a little forum searching let me to the answer. /var/sam/log/samlog has what I need to keep the security guy happy. Yes, I know it only logs activities performed within sam. Whatever, it's good enough for my purposes.
