Hi,

Is there any command in ver 11 which is equivalent to 'grep -w' in ver 11i?

Load Gnu grep

No,

However, the best I cn think of at the moment is this.

perl -n -e 'if($_=~/\bGREPSTRING\b/){print;}' myfile
Never preceed any demonstration with anything more predictive than "watch this"
