cpu Q?

hi all!
How can I update cpu instructions?
I can guess that it may be related to:
-add some to bios
-how to add patches of windows to linux
-run a exe code in windows to do it

1. I want to know how can I write to RAM of cpu(p4) to correct one instruction.
2. What is the format of micro code of cpu(p4)
