database "refresh" stops alerts for all but opc

After a recent database "refresh" which resulted in a database name change, all but opc_adm lost the ability to see alerts. Admins use the Java console to views for alerts, but they are not visible. Is there a setting/configuration that needs to be made to re-enable the alerts?

Hi,

if this is Oracle, the clients need to adjust their tnsnames.ora file to access the correct database now, since it's name changed.

If this is some diffrent database it is surely the same problem, but it depends on the database how to fix it :-)
