my oracle database down in one of the node from hp-ux server how to bring up the database

Is this Oracle RAC or an Oracle instance hosted within a ServiceGuard cluster? This is one of theose questions that if you have to ask then you aren't the right person to do it.
If it ain't broke, I can fix that.

Dear Sir

it is hosted on oracle rac and running on service guard.
I have two nodes in once node oracle database is down. in Second node it is ok
