Why you want to know is this right or not
Are you worried about DST change for your HP servers if yes then please install DST patch and forget all your worries.
Patch will take care of your time

What tztab(4) patch do you have? As Suraj mentioned, if you have the latest, you should be ok.

If you have Clay's dst.pl script, you can use it to see when DST ends and when it starts.
