device drivers

i want to write device drivers for hpscanjet 3670.can any one help me to get the technical documentation of the product.I would be hghly obliged if i can get a reply

The SANE project may support the scanner.
This is the linux project which handles scanning.
Check the listing at:

HP have also provided a driver package for
some of their ink-jet printers. In Debian,
it is packaged as "hpijs".
