diff mts_dispatcher and mts_server

all,
I am running 9i release 2 standard. I am looking into MTS. Document I came across does not fully explain what mts_dispatcher,mts_server? How does mts_session relates to mts_dispatcher and mts_server?

RTFM the doc, got further question, what param set the ratio of number of connection to dispatcher? What param set the ratio of sessions to mts server param? What param set pooling on or multiplex on? Where can I view the param?
