do I need to install the trusted root certificate on client at CSG ?

do I really need to install the trusted root certificate on client at Citrix Secure Gateway 2.0 ?

I worked before with simply microsoft webserver certificate and the connection to the CSG was not working without root certificate on client.
That means the first webserver certificate was imported automatically by browser and the second one, trusted root certificate I had to install
on every client.

Since I've changed to the Verisign Authority Webserver Certificate,
I don't need to install any additional root certificate on the client.

Is it normal ?
