Hi Have a rx2660 server with HP-UX version B.11.23.
The optin "status" of command DRD doesnt exist on my system:
# /opt/drd/bin/drd status
ERROR: Invalid command line:
- Major mode "status" not recognized. Use "drd -?" to list valid
major modes.
#
# drd -?
Usage:
drd [[-] -?]
drd clone [options]
drd mount [options]
drd umount [options]
drd runcmd [options]
drd activate [options]
drd deactivate [options]
Use "drd
Use "drd - -?" (e.g. "drd -x -?") to get a
description of options that have arguments
How is this possible? How do I solve this problems?
Thanks,
Gon├зalo

Re: drd status option doesn't exist
Have you created a drd clone already ? Coz drd status command works only if you have created a drd clone of your disk.
You can create a drd clone of your disk with the following command.
#drd clone -t /dev/dsk/cxtxdx
Here cxtxdx will be the target disk which will be your clone disk.
Once this is done you may run the drd status command and check...
Best Regards,
Prashanth

Re: drd status option doesn't exist
Don't know what's the version of my DRD. However, I tryed to update and it failed, because it already had the latest updates.
But the file unsafe_patch_list, was necessary update. After that, the optios "status" appeared in drd -?.
Thanks,

Re: drd status option doesn't exist
#/opt/drd/bin/drd status
#/opt/drd/bin/drd mount
download latest drd_unsafe_patch_list file from itrc.com and update it to clone disk /etc/opt/drd/drd_unsafe_patch_list.
than check
whether it will work or not?
