error 1919

hi. i am in WAY over my head. i am getting this error 1919 (ODBC error 6) whenever i try to start an office app. i tried system restore but to no avail. i think i accidentally deleted a reg file a week ago and now i am paying a price. i've heard that the missing reg keys can be emailed? any and all help would truly be appreciated. thanks in advance.
