Define "a long time".

Please, I need some useful information. You
might begin by describing exactly what you're
doing, exactly what happens when you do it,
and exactly what you want to be different.
As usual, showing actual commands with their
actual output can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.

Re: facing slowness on stopping and starting application
Any reason you care why your application takes a long time to start and stop? Don't you run it 24 x 7, so the end points don't matter?
What application is this?
>I attach a file to all information
This just shows two idle systems. Each with 4 CPUs with more memory in the second.
Can you show this info when there is a problem?
