Are the 2 filesystems listed in /etc/fstab?
Can you mount them manually?
The error pointed to SELinux. What is the output of getenforce?

Please post the error message.
mount /<filesystem mount point>
# If the filesystem is in /etc/fstab
Post errors to this procedure.
fsck is usually needed to fix corrupt file systems. It is very good. Find out whether the fs is ext3 or ext4 before using fsck.
