flashcard

I would like to duplicate my hardisk to a flashcard. And use the flashcard to boot on another box.
I'm using Linux RHAT 6.2.

Any thoughts???

Re: flashcard

My thought is that it would probably be cheaper to mirror another hard drive and do the same. A flashcard with the sort of memory that you are looking for to support this would be quite expensive.

Re: flashcard

I like the idea of mirroring a disk, but why not take advntage of the network capabilites of a remote distribution instead? If you have a network already established, then there's no fuss or added expense.

Hope that helps.
