help!

Is 11 GB enough for Linux? and why won't my HP pavilion ze4145 run it?

Hi,

11Gb of RAM or disk? 11Gb of RAM should be plenty for Linux. 11Gb of disk should be adequate, depending on what all you load with it.

What error messages are you getting or what problem are you having? What flavor and version of Linux are you trying to run?

too little info. can u pls describe the problem. for a normal installation 11GB of HDD is more than enought. but depending on the applications needed to be running, it might change

11 GB is enough - both regarding to RAM or Hard disk.

I have had issues installing Linux on several PC's one time it was the SCSI adapter/disks that caused a kernel panic the other time it was the bios settings. After changing to the optimal settings I was able to install find and then went back and tweaked the bios.
