how to into setup the BIOS of an ancient PC Vectra QS/20?

We have computer of HP Vectra QS/20.When I power on the PC,Monitor will display "invalid configuration information-run SETUP program",but I don't how to into SETUP.

Could anyone help me with this problem. I still intend to use this computer.

I try press F1~F12 and DEL,but not to work

Hi,
You can try pressing tab when the Compaq logo appears, then you will see the post messages, it may be listed there.

What may work to find out is to remove one memory bank if you have more then one. then it has to save the new settings and the keys will be listed at the bottum (is a long shot)

Try removing the CMOS battery. Leave it out for at least half an hour, before you pop it back in. This will have the effect of setting the BIOS back to the defaults, andmay solve your problem.
If the computer is really old it may need a new battery.
