importing error message "Critical internal error during processing"

Hi!
I am try to import data to Service Desk 4.5 SP(8) from xml. And i have problem with import of phone numbers. Some of them are not import and get error message :

but is not imported only field "PERID=TS11495" if to change its value import will pass successfully.

Hello Dariya,

I don't know whether you have solved this problem but if you haven't I would start by implementing the following two tests:

1) Try entering the values for instance 5200 manually. Do you still have the same problem?
2) If it is possible, remove instance 5200 from the import file and try importing this file again. Do you have the same problem with any other instances?
