Hi,

As you noticed, your screen is not detected. One easy way is to edit Xf86-Config 4 file, and select as your screen the one which caracteristics are closest to your sreen, as far as vertical and horizontal refresh are concerned (these infos are usually written on a sticker at the back of your screen).
