Simpler Navigation for Servers and Operating Systems - Please Update Your Bookmarks
Completed: a much simpler Servers and Operating Systems section of the Community. We combined many of the older boards, so you won't have to click through so many levels to get at the information you need. Check the consolidated boards here as many sub-forums are now single boards.

Re: installation of 11.0

Yes, I would go ahead and install the GR patch bundle from Dec. Do a "Match What Target Has" so you don't have to install ALL the patches.

Re: installation of 11.0

For 11.0, the process for installing patches has been improved. Rather than Match Target, be sure to go to the Manage Patch Selection... instead. Then mark the second box:

[X] Automatically select patches for existing software on the target.

In this way, all the patches and their dependencies are handled. Match Target is really designed more for applications while patches can be more pervasive, stretching across several areas in the opsystem.
