installing products

Hi All

While installing some patches I found that some patches are not installed. Also I found that the patches which are to be installed requires some products to be installed the products are Ansi C version B.11.23.08 and HP aC++ C.03.62. Please let me know the link where I can download these product. and if its a licenced product how do I go about it?

You can install trial version of aCC and ANSI-C,

aC++ are licensed product. You can use it for some t ime (Evaluation only). Hope you can use gcc as well.
