invalid field in the command data block

Hello, this is a messages that appears when make a backup with Legato.

System is HP UX, HBA. Emulex LP-9002DC conected to MSA1000

What can I do to solve this error ??
And, I am lost data ?

Shalom,

Well if its an MSA-1000 volume, make sure the system firmware and the MSA-1000 firmware are fully up to date. Problems like this can be caused by firmware not being up to date.

It is also possible that a disk array is being mis-detected as a disk. Since is not really a disk, it generates messaging like this. Normally if a LUN0 is presented to the HP system the message goes away.
