Did you adjust zoning and SSP?

Did you present the LUN in hp-ux mode?

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

SSP controls which server is allowed to see a LUN or not. If enabled you need to adjust it.

Hope this helps!

Hi Torsten,
As your explain on SSP, I think the problem can be caused not in SSP,
if it existed in 4GG HBA card?

thanks for your suuport!

Re: ioscan does not indentify msa 1000 which is added just now

SSP is configured via ACU on the MSA.
You simply say WWN x is allowed to see LUN y.

ACU in graphical mode can be used on linux and windows, acucli on hp-ux too; a workaround could be the CLI via serial line.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

A said before, you can use the GUI from windows or linux, the CLI from Win/Linux/HP-UX or the CLI via serial from any PC.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
