libhplx-Linux porting kit

Hi ,

For compiling logrotate on 11.31 system i need to download an install libhplx. A package is available at http://h21007.www2.hp.com/portal/site/dspp/menuitem.863c3e4cbcdc3f3515b49c108973a801/?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN&ciid=2a2499429cd7f110VgnVCM100000a360ea10RCRD#desc .

But i am not able to download the depot. I am log whith my DSP account. I have notice that Internet Explorer indicate a litle error .

What i have missed ? Do you have any idea ? Do you know another repository/URL to download the depot ?
