I do believe the latest message set is a result of the firmware update. Not that anything wrong was done.
Step 1: try booting the system with selinux disabled.
Step 2: If possible, complete the firmware update and reinstall the OS.
In general, attach devices supported by the server maker.

i check i found two things that it may help
1-the RAM take all load and the SWAP take nothing from load .
free RAM 17m and the SWAP 3855m
how i fix this?
2-when i check the fdisk -l it show this:
