just to know some information, is it possible to load HP-UX without specifying swap. if yes or no, then why???

Shalom,
Single word answer.
No.
HP-UX requires swap to be 50% of RAM in order to install, let alone load.
Why: Because the HP says so.
One of our customers tried to break this rule and in the lab and they did manage to get the system to boot. It didn't even run a day before it crashed.
Seriously there is a lot of R&D that goes into this and HP set this minimum based on good testing methodology.

No, you need to have swap atleast half of the physical memory to install the OS.
Also be sure after the installation make the swap double to the physical memory.
